I've heard descriptions of it, I've seen it done on cooking show and now I've mastered it myself. I present the classic Beer Can Chicken! The method: Wash the chicken, pat dry with paper towel. Make a dry rub from all the herbs and spices you think will work. Pop open a can of beer and take a few swigs. Place the bird on the can. This creates a tripod. Place on grill for 45 minutes or so. The result is moist tender chicken.
