Hemlock Fiber Festival

Today was a beautiful day, straight out of an L.L. Bean catalog, if you know what I mean.  Louis and I drove to Hemlock, in the Finger Lakes region of NY and I attended the annual fiber festival there.  It's at a fairgrounds and it was so nice to spend the day outside on a sunny day with the slightest nip in the air.  I made some new friends:September07_029 September07_030 September07_031

Fiber festivals seem to be a little heavy on the yarn side of things - as opposed to fleece and fiber.  Going after the new knitters, I suppose.  At any rate, I'm glad I had the chance to go!
